The 2019 State & Local Primary will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Polls will be open Noon to 9PM for locations which have contested races.
Petitions deadlines have changed!
Due to the recently passed legislation, the deadlines for Petitions have changed.
The first day to circulate Designating Petitions:
February 26, 2019
Filing of Designating Petitions is now:
April 1st to April 4th.

Early Voting is coming to Chautauqua County and New York State! Details on Early Voting in Chautauqua County are not yet available. The Law states that early voting sites must be designated by May 1. Stay Tuned for more information on Early Voting in Chautauqua County.
After the 2018 Gubernatorial race, per N.Y.S. Law, the order and composition of recognized parties in N.Y.S. has changed. The lineup is now:
Democratic
Republican
Conservative
Working Families
Green
Libertarian
Independence
SAM
Any change in party affiliation will take place after the 2019 General Election, as long as you submit your change of enrollment by October 11, 2019.
