Chautauqua County Landfill

COMMERCIAL RATES AND INFORMATION

Chautauqua County operates a double composite lined landfill located in Ellery, New York. The Landfill is open for Commercial Haulers from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.

The landfill principally handles waste generated in Chautauqua County. Out-of-County waste may be disposed of at the landfill, only after obtaining a written agreement/approval.  Please contact Mr. TJ Pierce (Waste Analyst) at the landfill, 3-4 weeks prior to the desired disposal date, in order to apply for a permit, an agreement, or to open an account.

All Industrial/special wastes, from both new and existing customers, must be permitted prior to disposal.  Please contact TJ Pierce, at (716)985-4785 ext. 203, for further information.

Terms are cash or company check at time of disposal. If you wish to set up a credit account, please contact the Landfill.
