CASA is a nursing agency within the Department of Social Services serving residents of all ages in Chautauqua County with planning for and obtaining long-term care services.

CASA Nurses make a home visit to assess your medical and non-medical care needs, explain various services, payment options available, and make referrals to appropriate programs and services as needed.

Our goal is to coordinate needed services for a person to remain safely at home by developing a confidential plan of care which includes family, friends, community, and agency supports. There is no cost for CASA to evaluate your long-term care needs.
