Child or adult intake services all of New York State. It is for anyone to inform about a child who has been mistreated or abused. They will tell you to notify the police in an emergency (911); stay on the line to report a case; or to call your local child protection authorities (661-8040) if you'd like information. They will notify local authorities who usually get on the case within 24 hours.

The parents of the abused child are informed, but they will not say who the caller was. Caller need not identify him / herself.

After an assessment of income and expenses, customers are given nutritious food for 3 meals a day for 3 days according to the number in their family. Visits are limited to once a month. Nearly New Store is open to all people with no requirements. Donations are accepted.

The Project REACH Coordinator serves as a advocate for both students and families. The coordinator will provide them with information on community services to assist them in making their lives more liveable. The coordinator will assist with arranging necessary appointments and will go to and even provide transportation to these appointments. Referrals come from guidance counselors, resource officers, teachers, ministers, and parents.

Housing, language, and employment continue to be big problems for the many Spanish-speaking families who arrive in Chautauqua County. JNP provides medical transport, Social Service, translations, ESL Classes, Action reading, advocacy with school and help in obtaining jobs and keeping them.

Supplemental nutrition program for pregnant, breastfeeding and post-partum women, infants and children up to age 5 who meet income and nutrition/health related guidelines. Provides nutritious foods, nutrition education, and counseling in addition to on-site health assessments, including height and weight measurements and blood work. Foods provided consist of cereal, milk, eggs, juice, cheese, dry beans, or peanut butter, and infant formula, juice and cereal. The program is designed to complement primary health care of prenatal and young children.
